Runlet 0.6.1

Includes #3 (merged as fc9b0c0):

  • String literals may contain raw line feeds, carriage returns and tabs, and may use single quotes ('…') with the same rules as double quotes; \' is valid in both.
  • Unknown escapes are kept verbatim ("\( \1 \d" decodes to \( \1 \d) instead of rejecting the program. Malformed \u escapes, lone surrogates and other raw control characters remain RL1003.
  • Bindings and callables live in separate namespaces: a registry path resolves only in callee position, so count = count(items) and text = text.join(list, ",") compile. RL2107 (binding collides with registry root) is removed; a callable used as a value is RL2104 with a call-form hint.

The vim and VS Code grammars and DESIGN.md are updated to match.

No dependency upgrades.
