PR #2320 by jaeminbird: fix(plugins): match zoned IPv6 hosts and normalize FABRIC_ALLOW_INSECURE_LAN entries

  • FABRIC_ALLOW_INSECURE_LAN CIDR and exact-IP entries now match zoned IPv6 hosts such as http://[fe80::1%25eth0]:11434, which only the lan keyword allowed before.
  • Allowlist entries are trimmed of [] brackets and a trailing dot, so [fd00::5] and nas.lan. match like fd00::5 and nas.lan.
