Make it dracula compatible

Colour is very similar to dracula, which makes it an ideal theme to use with dracula. So I changed all #272a34 to #282a36.

This will make all titlebars same as dracula -
Earlier (notice the slight difference between titlebar and terminal bg):

This won't affect other users (because it is already very similar), but it will be better for dracula users (because titlebars will match apps exactly)

Sorry but flat-remix uses it's own color-palette, so changing it to Dracula doesn't make much sense
