v0.7.5 Release Candidate

This is a release candidate for v0.7.5.

Highlights

• Microsoft Amplifier support: Freshell can launch Amplifier as a coding agent, show its activity state, index its sessions, and reopen previous Amplifier work.
• TUI Optional: Agent panes can use a readable browser interface instead of terminal-style ASCII output, with instant scrolling, typography choices, collapsible tool details, and cleaner long-running conversations.
• Headers that tell you what's up: Pane headers show the useful state at a glance, including agent names, branch, tokens left, provider details, and related context.
• Activity notifications: Optional ready sounds can boop when an agent needs you, backed by visual busy/ready states.
• Better session continuity: Session history, generated names, provider metadata, and recovery paths are more reliable across Claude, Codex, OpenCode, and Amplifier work.
