State which versions of Kubernetes is supported #1506
Description
In the https://docs.dapr.io/operations/hosting/kubernetes/kubernetes-overview/ it does not cover which versions of K8s are supported. There needs to be a table listing the K8s 1.17 and above versions are supported.
