  • Add elementary mappings for FLAC, AC-3, E-AC-3, MP3, VP8, VP9, and VVC.
  • Map legacy MP3, including the 8 kHz format identifier.
  • Add ordered elementary events for sequence ends and typed skipped-message reasons.
  • Preserve signed VVC composition offsets and reject undersized multitrack offset fields.
  • Add codec mapping, control-event, multitrack, and AMF0/AMF3 session regression tests.

These mappings preserve opaque codec payloads. They do not add codec decoding or HLS packaging.
