HOTS Uninstaller v1.0
HOTS Uninstaller 1.0
First public release. HOTS Uninstaller removes programs together with the files and registry entries they leave behind, and shows you everything before anything is deleted.
What's included
- Programs — list of installed programs, native uninstall (with an optional restore point), then a leftover scan; you review and choose what to remove
- Windows Apps — uninstall Microsoft Store apps
- Startup manager — Run keys, Startup folders, scheduled tasks and services (disabling is reversible)
- Junk files — 19 cleanup categories, nothing is deleted automatically
- Install Monitor — records what an installer adds to your system; the log is used automatically when you uninstall that program
- Registry backups — every registry key is exported before removal and can be restored
- Remove with HOTS — optional Explorer right-click entry for portable
.exefiles - 5 languages (English, Polish, French, German, Spanish), light and dark theme
Requirements
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). The app asks for Administrator rights.
Install
Download HOTS_Uninstaller_setup.exe from the assets below and run it.
Good to know
- The installer is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway. Details: CODE_SIGNING.md
- Nothing is removed without your confirmation. Removing the wrong thing can still break a program, so keep the restore-point option on for anything important.
- No telemetry, no account, no ads. The only network request is the update check against GitHub Releases (on by default, can be switched off in Options → About).
