Angular 1.0 not work in chrome Apps

When I have tried to create a chrome app project with angular 1.0 this happen:

Bad state: Origin is only applicable schemes http and https: chrome-extension://fcgflphpmfkibeljeneloepgghplklpa/testinchromeapp.html

Is there any solution for solve this problem?

It seems to be the fact that the scheme of a chrome app is chrome-extension:// and not corresponding with the Uri.base.origin possibility because Uri.base.origin throw an error when the scheme is not http or https.
A possibility for resolved this problem would be to not use Uri.base.origin for create the _baseUri variable but:

final _baseUri = "${Uri.base.scheme}://${Uri.base.authority} + ('/')

or maybe

final _baseUri = "${Uri.base.scheme}://${Uri.base.host}:${Uri.base.port} + ('/')
