Description

This moves the tools from the Flutter Gemini CLI extension's MCP server to this server, since they are generally useful.

Also updated the update_readme.dart tool to sort the tools by name in the README.md list.

Tests

  • Added tests and a MockProcessManager for mocking commands so that they don't actually try to run.
