Logger onLevelChanged notification needed #479
Description
We have integrated the Logger into Realm SDK for Flutter and Dart.
We would like to have an option to change the log level of the realm at runtime when the Logger level is changed. For this reason we need to have an event or notification when this happens.
I think it would be also a good opportunity the logging package to be integrated into other packages.
I created a PR suggestion - dart-archive/logging#138.
