Merge the changelog into the "versions" tab.

There is some design to do first.

* From which version should we extract the overall entries?
  * (probably the latest except for prereleases where we extract it from their own changelog) 
* What should happen to the current changelog tab
  * perhaps it can be removed if we get file listings
* What if there is more text in the changelog than only version headers?
