Refactor like button template.

• Display the /my-liked-packages page the same way as other package listing. #8887
• moves the data-package attribute from the label to the button element
• updated script to work on primarily on the button, and optionally on the label (if it is present), allowing a different parent element and styling (TBD in a follow-up PR)
