Sporadic type completion in swarm #197

Start the editor with an empty workspace.
Open dart/client/samples/swarm/App.dart and allow the build/index to finish.
Open SwarmViews.dart and type Ctrl-Space somewhere to warm up the completion engine.
Now try completing class names in the field declarations.
    CompositView does not work
    HeaderView does work
    SliderMenu does not work

(The completion engine uses the search feature from the program model to find type names. Either the search feature is being used incorrectly or it is not finding all types.)

I think this is related to an indexer bug Brian and I are actively tracking down... Stay tuned! :)

Indexer bug is fixed. We should re-test.
