After updating the checked-in dart vm for the test scripts to 1.7.2, the test html/xhr_test/xhr is timing out on dartium on Windows and MacOS, but not on linux. We have also seen a timeout on Windows IE 10.
Labeling as Area: Infrastructure, because it seems to be due to the infrastructure change.

Note that xhr_test/xhr is skipped on many platforms, and named in many stale outstanding issues, so there may be other issues with the test as well, but this new issue should be diagnosed and fixed if possible. Other issues that xhr_test is labeled with, on other platforms, are:

The test lib_strong/html/xhr_test/xhr times out with ddc/chrome on Windows.
Skipping it in this configuration in tests/lib_strong/lib_strong.status.
