Notice: we intend to transfer this package to https://github.com/dart-lang/tools. This is a reflection that parts of the Dart and Flutter infra packages depend on this package. We'll maintain it at our 'tools' level of SLO. To paraphrase that SLO (https://dart.dev/resources/dart-team-packages): "Used by the Dart team to build various Dart tools. Can be used for building other tools, but the support commitment is lower than for core packages. Triaged occasionally; unable to respond to all issues."
