PregnancyIdentifier 3.2.1

New features

  • Added computeIncidencePrevalence() pipeline step for incidence, prevalence, and cohort characteristics.
  • Added compareWithNationalStats() with Shiny tab comparing results to European national statistics.
  • Added age at first pregnancy by end date Shiny subtab.
  • Expanded compareWithPET() with additional comparison metrics.

Bug fixes

  • Changed default max term from 301 to 308 days (44-week upper bound).
  • Fixed at_midpoint calculation in exportConceptTimingCheck().
  • Fixed buildGestationEpisodes() grouping bug in secondMin (extra gest_week group).
  • Fixed DuckDB type mismatch (gest_value INTEGER vs DOUBLE) in buildGestationEpisodes() and attachGestationAndLength().

Other changes

  • Updated HIP concept set (HIP_concepts_reviewed_12032026.xlsx).
  • Pipeline now cleans up intermediate database tables after completion.
  • Age at first pregnancy export now includes both start and end date, overall and by year.
