Devices whose parts fit together: a phone, tablet or computer model on sale at the reference date, an OS version it runs, a browser that runs on that OS at a version released by then, the user agent and (for Chrome and Edge 96+) the low-entropy client hints that combination sends, its screen, an Accept-Language header, and an IPv4 or IPv6 address from the registry blocks of the person's country (safe gives documentation addresses only). Platform keys and shares match user-generator's, so a user's platform can be passed in. Any reference date from 2021, deterministic seeding, batches, JSON and CSV, layers, lite and full tiers, compiled-in data.
