The EnTT and Flecs adapters no longer leave a half-built entity in the registry or world when a mapping throws during spawn(). Adds adapter tests for both, examples/entt_demo.cpp (a village exercising dependencies, conditions, inputs, views, thread-invariant registries and replay), and CI jobs for the EnTT and Flecs adapters. Output of the generator is unchanged.
