• API-only stories offer a Swagger UI for acceptance review — a clicked API-only story surfaces its backend's /docs (Node scaffold /docs via scm-utils 0.2.46; FastAPI already had it).
• Start wizard re-opens an already-running dashboard on resume (consort-dashboard --open).
• Resolving an escalation by --id alone clears its backing smell — stops a drive thrash (the resolution was never written to smells.json and the drive re-raised it every tick).
• Pipeline writes are lock-guarded (updatePipeline): a stale whole-file write can no longer drop a concurrently-landed per-story gate approval (lost-update fix); nested acquire fails fast.
