Fixes

  • Dashboard: a running step's drill-down reads 'running', not a stale ordinal — an active step's card no longer shows a prior turn's number next to the 'Running…' note.
  • Dashboard: node state follows the DAG traversal, pass-scoped — reveal, per-step cards, and lane shading key off reachedThisPass (reset at the loop's first-step re-entry) instead of the monotonic reach, so a new build loop (navigator red) shows the later steps as uninvoked instead of carrying the previous loop's turns/results. Scrubber uses the same rule.
  • pipeline.json self-heal-untrack — writePipeline drops a legacy-tracked per-feature pipeline.json from the index on write (keeps the working file), so run-state stops promoting onto staging/main and colliding at the promotion merge. Companion to the scm-utils per-feature gitignore fix.
