Brand icon installs at design-apply time. A coding agent cannot copy a binary via text writes, so a declared design-guide app_icon previously only landed in the client at the first build-lane review — a designed-but-unbuilt project (or its dev server during design) showed the generic scaffold favicon. applyDesignGuideTheme (run via consort-apply-design-theme) now also copies the brand asset's real bytes to install_to and points index.html's favicon at them, so a designed project already carries its icon. Install helpers moved to design-adherence.ts (one home beside the app_icon read + checkAppIcon, no circular dep); ux-clean now prints the app-icon + component-vocabulary failure blocks.

first-project seed (tracking_code) alignment + enrichment. Renamed the V1 column inventory_code → tracking_code across the F1/F6 seed docs + the stage-first-project test (self-consistent with the split-tracking-code feature), plus a richer design-brief and home-table (adaptive Batch·Serial·tracking) columns in the F1/F6 feature requests.

Consort-only (no scm-utils change; pins 0.2.49). npm publish of @databricks-solutions/consort@0.3.110 pending (off-VPN).
