v0.3.111 — dashboard dark by default; up-front newer-Consort check

Dashboard boots DARK by default. The board now starts in dark mode (layout.tsx envTheme defaults to dark); THEME=light / ?theme=light opts a demo back to light, and a per-viewer toggle choice (localStorage) still wins. THEME=dark is still honored. Docs synced.

Up-front, state-aware newer-Consort check in /consort:start. The version-currency check moves to the TOP of /consort:start, before the Create/Resume branch, so it runs whenever Consort starts — not just on resume. State-aware: no project → upgrade immediately (so the create offer stages the CURRENT first-project example, not a since-renamed one), existing project → only at a stoppable point (awaiting_human or no drive running, never mid-run; consort-upgrade's quiesce gate backs this). The Resume path is deduped to act on the up-front result + keep its unique pin-lag check.

Consort-only (pins scm-utils 0.2.49). npm publish of @databricks-solutions/consort@0.3.111 pending (off-VPN).
