Durable design bound: a /design run now designs the WHOLE feature and stops. consort-next re-reads the run's durable phase bound from run-config.json (one site), computes the same bounded transition the drive uses, and threads --only design into every resume command, so a resume never falls back to the full drive and jumps an approved story into build. The spec-gate prompt tells the human a design-bound approval will NOT start the build.
Design-corpus commit: a completed /design run commits the design corpus (design system + .consort design/architecture) as one commit on the feature branch, so the run leaves a clean, committed baseline instead of uncommitted output that re-dirties the tree.
Auto-claim: entering the feature lane with no claim (any entry path) now claims the paired feature branch itself instead of refusing.
