Corrective to v0.3.117.

  • Remove the false-blocking test-strategist fan-out gate + fix agent log access. The 0.3.117 fan-out provenance gate was premised on a misread: a live replay proved the supervisor DOES fan out (spawns the 3 analysts), but its cd <root> && ./scripts/lk consort-log … dispatch logging was permission-denied headless (the acceptEdits matcher splits a compound command; the cd part was un-granted), so the test-analyst:<kind> events never recorded and the gate false-blocked legitimate fan-outs at the spec gate. Gate removed; claudeToolArgs now pre-approves the harmless cd prefix for every spawn so the agent's logging/kit calls run.
  • Design-lane bound/lane-intent recovery. A /design that drops --only no longer silently becomes a full run (durable per-feature lane_intents).
  • Spec-gate prompt clarity. Unambiguous + self-contained per bound (design: no build starts here; full: proceeds to build), presented verbatim.
  • uiTrack flatten guard. A UI project's story can't silently flatten to backend-only.
  • revise-route logging. Records who re-runs which gate + source + verdict.
