Per-test observability in the dashboard: the single scrubber now walks every event-log stage (each tool-step, test transition, verify/green/review/gate/deploy) as its own step, and the board lights the exact stage at the playhead. Tests light red->green in the order they passed — reds on the Navigator card (navigator wrote them), greens on the Verify card (the honest-GREEN verify ran them against the real branch). Plus hover-to-see-full-step, the empty-table-panel and verify-never-lit fixes.
