  • refreshSurface no longer blanket-copies the root playwright.config.ts onto client/-based projects (a 0.4.21 regression). It's E2E-config owned by enableE2eForProject, which correctly omits it for client projects; a ROOT config there is vestigial AND breaks CI ("Cannot find module '@playwright/test'" — no root @playwright/test). Excluded from the common-root copy; consort-capture.ts + consort-test-reporter.ts are still copied.
  • Dashboard clock now reads the time at the scrubbed line (new lineTimestamp), not the event-granular topology.atTimestamp which snapped to the live edge — so the clock advances during a turn and tracks rewind/forward instead of parking on the last turn's time.
  • Repoint scm-utils 0.3.4 → 0.3.5 via a REAL npm install (not a surgical lock edit, so node_modules + the vendored bundle actually move) + re-vendored pr.yml (client component tests now run after the CI Lakebase branch + DATABASE_URL).

Pins scm-utils 0.3.5. Full BDD suite green (4629 passed).
