v0.4.25 — per-test reporter reconciler, consort-park, S3 contract-drop smell fixes

• Per-test reporting: reconcileTestResultsFromReporter emits test.result per test from the runner's own .consort/test-run.jsonl at GREEN/REFACTOR (deltas only, story-attributed, reused-id ambiguity skipped), so a prior story's re-run tests correct a stale-red dashboard bubble. Additive to the navigator's declarative RED emission.
• consort-park --to <feature>: shelve a built-but-undeployed feature — frees the SCM claim via lakebase-scm-park-feature (scm-utils 0.3.7) while KEEPING the paired Lakebase + git branch — and re-points .consort/next.json at the target so the dashboard follows the switch. Resume later with lakebase-scm-claim-feature-branch <feature> (reuses the kept branch).
• S3 contract-drop smell fixes (test-smell-clean): schema-unsatisfiable-ref exempts the Postgres system catalogs (information_schema/pg_catalog/pg_*); dropped-column-dangling-reference narrows to real DB refs (attribute access / ORM column decl / raw SQL), clearing write-only request fields + kwargs/params. Live-proven on the real my-stockflow-f2-f6-built S3 code (4 false positives → clean).
