Repoints scm-utils 0.3.7 → 0.3.8 (real install + re-vendored templates).

Design lane — cross-story schema-diff coherence, self-corrected upstream:

  • checkSchemaDiffCrossStoryColumns (test-list) + checkSchemaDiffCrossStoryColumnsInAcs (AC then): a parent-aware per-story schema-diff assertion that claims a prior story's column as this diff's delta is unsatisfiable (the column already rides on the feature-branch parent). Wired into the test-strategist + spec-author in-turn self-checks and the live spec gate (reflect-testlist-defect / reflect-spec-defect), so an expand→contract cross-story defect self-corrects at authoring instead of a navigator bounce. Canon in spec-author.md + test-strategist.md. Live-proven on F6/S3.

Build lane:

  • schema-unsatisfiable-ref smell exempts Postgres system catalogs, trigger ON/OF timing, single-line docstrings, and Alembic's alembic_version bookkeeping table — each a contract/migration false positive.
  • Tiered verify: a per-cycle GREEN that touched no migration skips the slow isolated-branch migration pass; the full pass still runs at the REFACTOR + feature-deploy gates (the regression guarantee is unchanged).
  • Per-test reporter records test.result at run time with cross-feature owner-resolution (a reused test id attributes to the active feature via next.json); removed the superseded reporter-results reconciler; run-cycle de-dup aligned.
