  • Parallel per-AC fan-out: block-merge of concurrent per-AC test appends; batched contract stories + batch-split-on-failure re-queue.
  • Fix: batched contract-story REVIEW deadlock — thread batchContractStories into the derive loop so routing/prompt/recording agree (story-close no longer aborts).
  • Deploy-verify supersession self-heal hardened (observe→carry→adjudicate): route the full failing set to the Navigator assess on a schema-drop feature + carry the observed failure_output so it adjudicates from the real error.
  • Fix: collectKnownTables resolves constant create_table names (TABLE='x'; op.create_table(TABLE)) — clears the schema-unsatisfiable-ref false positive.
  • Repoint scm-utils 0.3.9 → 0.3.10.
