• Fix (regression): the planning-lane ux-designer establish killed the drive before the intake gate surfaced — its post-turn log-reconcile ran with an empty --feature in sprint scope (--reconcile requires --feature, exit 2), so gate.surfaced was never emitted and the gate never flashed. The executor now skips the feature-scoped reconcile when there is no feature (correct for the planning establish AND the design-lane establish).
• Deterministic env.editor preflight fact (PATH-robust app-bundle fallback) so /start never false-reports 'no editor' from a stripped-PATH command -v when the editor is plainly installed.
