Two changes:

  1. Dashboard focus — a HITL gate the drive has STOPPED at (next.json open_gates) wins focus immediately, not after a 15s idle timer. Fixes the acceptance gate flashing 'driver-green' (the carried last build step from the pre-acceptance deploy/verify run) instead of the gate. open_gates is never set mid-batch-/design, so the v0.4.31 scrub/between-turns flicker fix is unaffected.

  2. First-project StockFlow seed refreshed to the end-to-end F1–F10 backlog (adds F10-retire-tracking-code, the contract half of the tracking-code expand/contract refactor; F6 is the expand half). feature-proposals is now a single reference file (regenerated by the Spec Author at /plan, not staged); registration.json dropped (F1 design derives freely). examples/first-project/README.md rewritten to the current offer/auto-stage flow.
