Closes the last authoring-canon gap behind a design-lane revise lap observed in a live F1 design run.

• Client analyst pins the Playwright e2e *.spec.ts suffix. test-analyst-catalogue.ts's client directive now mandates the e2e scenario_file be client/tests/e2e/<name>.spec.ts and MUST end .spec.ts, never .e2e.ts — the suffix the scaffold's playwright.config default testMatch actually runs. Previously the directive named only the client/tests/e2e/… directory, so an analyst could author a .e2e.ts file that silently never runs and the deterministic test-list gate had to bounce a revise. This is the L1 authoring directive brought in lockstep with the in-turn self-check (fan-out-plan E2E_SPEC) and the pre-reflect gate (checkTestlistScenarioFileSuffix).
• Regression guard in test-analyst-catalogue.test.ts locks the directive against drift.

Same class of fix as 0.4.5 (align authoring canon with a deterministic gate so the first pass is conformant). Confirmed live: the migration-reversibility and ui_seams laps from before 0.4.5 remain eliminated.
