DataCharter 0.44.0

Same Apache-2.0 kernel for a laptop and for a company. No paid edition.

Laptop: uvx datacharter serve, drop a file, PII comes back as •••.
Company: MCP HTTP with OAuth, principals and grants in git, Helm, SIEM, GovBench.

Added

  • MCP Streamable HTTP (POST /mcp). Stdio stays the default.
  • Optional OAuth 2.1 resource server (off by default).
  • principals: and grants: in charter.yaml. Default-deny on MCP HTTP.
  • SIEM JSON/OTLP export on the existing hash-chain audit log.
  • Helm chart and MCP HTTP OCI image (OAuth required).
  • GovBench public page and frozen corpus govbench-v1 (28 attacks).
