Bug Fixes

  • Agent Data Plane no longer rejects configuration when the Datadog Agent reports an empty list or map as null, for example histogram_aggregates: [], an empty proxy.no_proxy, or a runtime update that clears additional_endpoints. These settings now read as empty, as they do in the Datadog Agent, instead of failing startup or discarding the update.
  • Agent Data Plane now rejects an apm_config.replace_tags rule that has no name or no pattern, matching the Trace Agent. Previously such a rule was accepted.
