We got more useful feedback from @marisaheckner: The fixed sidebar is an improvement, but it would be best to have a link at the bottom of the page. Will PR this in a minute. |
Nice! I mean this is just minor but it is much more intuitive and makes a big difference in the reading experience I think.
Side note: I noticed that the link from the philosophy to how to use the handbook is still on the left as well as the link from how to use the handbook to installation and configuration.

Yes, I kept that - it does not only link previous and following sections, but also the search bar and the reference to the landing page as well as the table of contents within the current section (relevant once there are subsections on a single page). Having that fixed on the left adds some more comfort should these shortcuts are relevant, and it means that jumping to the next or previous section is also easy from the middle of page. |
@marisaheckner noted that it is inconvenient to scroll all the way up to the side bar again to switch sections, and I agree. Will PR a fix in a minute.
