Declares PHP 8.6 support. The php constraint gains ~8.6.0; the floor is unchanged. CI now runs 8.6 with PHP platform requirements ignored there, because upstream laminas packages still cap PHP at ~8.5.0.

Normalized CI tooling and added a monthly dependabot configuration. Deduplicated a repeated .gitignore entry.

phpunit remains absent: this package ships a single interface and has no test suite, so psalm and phpcs are the only gates.

Development tooling now at phpunit -, psalm ^6.14, laminas-coding-standard ^3.1.

No runtime behaviour changes. The only src/ edits are #[Override] attributes and their imports, so this is a patch release.

• vimeo/psalm ^5 → ^6.0. Psalm 5 caps at ~8.3.0 and cannot run on 8.4 or 8.5.
• psalm-baseline.xml added and psalm.xml.dist gains errorBaseline. Psalm 6 adds ClassMustBeFinal and UnusedClass, producing 3 errors on unchanged code; acting on them would mean marking library classes final, a BC break.
• config.platform.php 8.1.99 → 8.2.99.
• CI: .laminas-ci.json now excludes doc linting instead of ignoring platform requirements; removed release-on-milestone-closed.yml.

require is unchanged and remains empty — src/ imports no external namespaces.

No src/ changes.

CI green on 8.2 for PHPCS and Psalm. This package ships no test suite.
