Supported PHP

~8.2.0 || ~8.3.0 || ~8.4.0 || ~8.5.0 — adds 8.5, drops 8.1.

Changes

• psr/container added to require at ^1.1 || ^2.0. Psr\Container is imported by two src/ classes but was never declared; it only resolved transitively.
• Dependency floors raised to releases covering the whole supported range: laminas-eventmanager ^3.15, laminas-http ^2.23, laminas-servicemanager ^3.24, laminas-stdlib ^3.21, laminas-view ^2.43.
• laminas-mvc ^3.2 → ^3.8, plus a datasage/laminas-mvc VCS repository entry. Upstream laminas-mvc has no 8.5 release, so 8.5 resolves the fork's 3.9.0; 8.2–8.4 still work against upstream 3.8.0 without the fork.
• vimeo/psalm ^5 → ^6.0. Psalm 5 caps at ~8.3.0 and cannot run on 8.4 or 8.5.
• Removed 3 no-op setAccessible() calls from test/, deprecated in 8.5 (no effect since 8.1).
• psalm-baseline.xml regenerated for psalm 6; three dead InternalMethod suppressions removed from psalm.xml.dist.
• config.platform.php 8.1.99 → 8.2.99.
• CI: .laminas-ci.json now excludes doc linting instead of ignoring platform requirements; removed release-on-milestone-closed.yml.

No src/ changes.

Known issue, unchanged here: src/RpcController.php uses Laminas\View\Model\JsonModel, which is deprecated upstream. Replacing it would change content-negotiation behaviour.

CI green on 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 across locked, lowest and latest.
