Node.js version of changes completed for Python driver here

After a recent Jenkins update the default Java version on our runners changed to Java11... and this is
a problem when running tests against some versions of DSE as the advanced workload features don't
universally support Java11.

Confirmed that Node.js build with these changes is green

Are the appveyor errors caused by the fact that we didn't update the appveyor yml when we increased the node versions on the jenkinsfile?

FTR AppVeyor updates are being handled in another PR
