"The Item Update"

Introduction

This is the release of the changes mostly made in Pull Request #8 by @FuchsCrafter

What's new

All of this was already added to the wiki or will be added right after the release.

• The getItem function to get Item stats and the getAllItems function to get all viable items in SkyBlock
• The getCurrentBingo function to get the current bingo objectives

What was changed

NOTE: No or minimal backwards compatibility was created

• You do not need to set the no_api_key flag in the skypy object now (ATTENTION!)
• fetchAllProducts was cleaned up

Here are other changes, which are not changes to the module but still worth telling:

• Edited readme.md, which shows more (helpful) links now.
