Cloudx v0.1.0

Run and supervise Codex CLI from your phone on your own Linux build machine, with local-first sessions, panes, file tools, diffs, worktrees, and constrained voice control.

What Works

  • Mobile and desktop UI.
  • Codex terminal sessions.
  • Shell terminals.
  • File browser and diffs.
  • Worktree manager.
  • Local web dashboard panes.
  • Local Faster Whisper voice control.
  • Ubuntu installer and systemd user services.

Known Limits

  • Trusted LAN/tailnet only.
  • Not multi-user.
  • Not a hardened public service.
  • Codex app-server integration not yet used.

Install

git clone https://github.com/davidomil/cloudx
cd cloudx
./install.sh

Cloudx is private by default and binds to 127.0.0.1. Use ./install.sh --lan
only for a trusted LAN or tailnet. Public internet exposure is unsupported.
