6.0.1

Fix the missing Doctrine tab in the CodeIgniter debug toolbar:
daycry/doctrine#21.

CI4 creates toolbar collectors independently of the collector held by the DBAL
middleware. Both now share request query state through the adapter service registry.
The toolbar displays captured SQL, parameters, count badges and timeline data
regardless of which collector is constructed first. Query limits and toolbar resets
operate on the same shared buffer.

Second-level cache statistics are read from an existing adapter manager, including
SLC-only requests. Rendering an empty toolbar does not initialize Doctrine or keep
an outdated empty report.

Six integration regressions construct the real CI4 toolbar and execute actual SQL.
The complete integration suite passes 205 tests and 539 assertions, with two
existing environment-specific skips.

Update

composer update daycry/doctrine-codeigniter4 --with-dependencies

The standalone core stays at 6.0.0. This adapter still requires core ^6.0, PHP ^8.5
and CodeIgniter ^4.7. Keep registering
Daycry\Doctrine\CodeIgniter4\Debug\Toolbar\Collectors\DoctrineCollector in
app/Config/Toolbar.php and use the adapter service while CI_DEBUG is enabled.
