Issue when clicking on stored procedures for Azure SQL Server

When i click on a stored procedure for seeing the code, it opens the stored procedure below it and not the one I am clicking.

I can't recreate it, but at one point when I clicked the stored procedure it would open the next one. For example, let say I have 4 stored procedures:

sp_1
sp_2
sp_3
sp_4

When clicking on sp_1, the new tab with the code would show the sp_2's code instead of the sp_1. If i clicked on the sp_2, it would show sp_3. Now is working fine, possibly the issue was fixed already.

Also when doing right click --> script --> create (ddl) it fails. Check attached screenshots.

Fixed, missed it in the switch I did a few weeks back to the new schema.. all sorted now, thanks for flagging it.

Not sure what to make of the duplicate issue.. I don't control the rendering of the tree, I just give it the items.. but maybe it was a side effect of that switch over I did a few weeks ago and got caught between cache.. let me know if it it happens again..
