  • Settings button in Plugin Manager. Once the plugin is installed, its
    info panel has a Settings button that opens Configuration > Attribute
    Pricing Manager directly. It isn't shown before Install or after
    Uninstall. On 1.5.8, 2.0 and 2.1, which keep the panel they first saw, the
    installer saves it again at Install, Upgrade and Uninstall.
  • The buttons are one row, ReadMe | Settings | Forum Thread | GitHub, a
    little narrower so all four fit on one line from a 1366px-wide window up
    ("Read Me" is now "ReadMe" and "Forum Support Thread" is now "Forum
    Thread").
  • Nothing changes on the storefront or in the settings.

Upgrading: put the v1.1.1 folder beside the old one and click Upgrade in
Admin > Modules > Plugin Manager. Your settings are kept.
