IHC Profiler

ImageJ plugin for the quantitative analysis of immunohistochemistry samples.

Prerequisites

Install ImageJ, or have an existing installation of ImageJ available.

Install

• Copy the IHC_Profiler.class file to the folder <ImageJ folder>/plugins
• Copy the IHC_Profiler.txt file to the folder <ImageJ folder>/macros
• Restart ImageJ if it was already running
• You should now see an item called "IHC Profiler" in the Plugins menu.
