PicoBoot

This is a fork of the long awaited IPL replacement modchip for Nintendo GameCube, PicoBoot. It's open source, cheap and easy to install.

it's open source
very easy installation
programmable via USB cable, without any drivers and programs
board files available to spin up your own, or buy pre-made the choice is yours!
automatically boots any DOL app of your choice
uses "IPL injection" approach superior to mods like XenoGC
