Patch release for development dependency security fixes. Replace the old Coveralls uploader with coveralls-next, update serialize-javascript, and use patched js-yaml versions. Public library APIs are unchanged.
Validation: 67 tests passed. Coverage is 100% for statements, branches, functions, and lines. npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities. The replacement uploader produces a valid coverage payload.
