This Repository was created years ago as plugin extension for excellent "Ip-Geo-Block" WordPress plugin (see links below). Plugin extension was published on WordPress Plugins directory (6/7 years ago) as "ip-geo-allow". Unfortunately "IP Geo Block" was later abandoned.
