Flow preserves native model settings across continuation, keeps full sessions
closable, and makes model evaluation results independently reproducible.

• Configure an optional reviewer reasoning variant with reviewer.variant or
  OPENCODE_FLOW_REVIEWER_VARIANT, alongside an explicit reviewer model. Manager
  continuation preserves the host's native variant selection.
• Sessions reserve capacity for a terminal close. Existing full Session v5
  documents remain readable and can close without dropping accepted operations.
• Completed inspections with blocking findings now report inspection completion
  accurately while retaining those findings and limited delivery assurance.
• Evaluations retain inputs, final snapshots, transcripts and authenticated probe
  receipts for independent regrading. Versioned paired studies support exact
  package-byte comparisons, explicit model profiles and conservative accounting.
• Access probes have a separate time allowance. New study identities exclude
  unverified source checkout claims, and transient process-cleanup permission
  errors are retried without accepting persistent failures as success.
• Includes the unpublished 8.2.1 fixes: strict named JUnit evidence parsing,
  unambiguous source fingerprints, exact release-asset verification, and graceful
  evaluation cancellation with retained evidence.
• Update Biome to 2.5.13, Bun types to 1.4.2, and Node types to 26.5.1.
• Experimental compact guides remain research candidates. Production guides are
  unchanged; the Sol/Grok smoke does not establish model or prompt superiority.
• Session v5 schema: unchanged. Existing public tool, command, guide and agent
  names remain unchanged; reviewer variant configuration is additive.
