/flow-auto can finish a same-goal repair when the approved gate exposes a
reversible prerequisite, and Jev shadow advice survives ordinary Flow recovery
commands.

• flow_plan_amend records up to three gate-triggered repairs before review.
  It leaves the approved plan and gate fixed. The reviewer sees both the failed
  gate observation and the later evidence for the repaired source.
• Same-session /flow-run and /flow-status keep the original Jev shadow
  budget and expiry. A new goal, unrelated turn, stop, or expired lease still
  ends recovery. Jev advice does not authorize edits or delegated recovery.
• Session v5 schema gains an optional amendment record. Existing sessions remain
  readable. The public tool count rises from ten to eleven.
• The 9.2.0 release profile measures GPT-6 Sol on OpenAI only. It does not
  establish cross-provider reliability or qualify delegated Jev recovery.
