v9.5.0
[9.5.0]
/flow-auto can continue supported same-goal prerequisite repairs without a
three-amendment limit. The approved gate and independent review still apply.
- Each later amendment requires a complete current-source canonical failure
recorded after the preceding amendment. Reusing a failure cannot create a new
repair handoff; exact replay and unchanged-revision guards remain intact. - Session v5 schema removes the amendment-array count bound without adding or
renaming fields. Existing documents remain readable. Sessions with more than
three amendments require the updated reader; finish or close before downgrade.
General session-capacity limits remain. - Full qualification retains all twelve cases, including native autonomous
continuation, prerequisite repair and supplemental observations, on OpenAI
GPT-6.1 Sol. It requires a fresh live matrix and exact-artifact canary, and makes
no cross-provider or delegated Jev qualification claim. - CI rebuilds historical artifacts and regrades retained evidence with the
matching release source while checking the current checkout's evidence bytes.
Upgrade with opencode plugin opencode-plugin-flow@9.5.0 --global --force.
